the hotel staff were very helpful. they sorted our request for extra towels promptly. the location proved convenient near taksim main street. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station (made moving around the city easy). i also found the outdoor pool quite refreshing (it offered a great way to relax).
The breakfast variety could be slightly improved. I noticed it lacked some common items.

The staff provided excellent support, trying to accommodate all requests. They offered helpful directions and assistance throughout my visit. their attentiveness contributed positively to my overall hotel experience. i felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

the breakfast offered a very nice selection of various foods. the rooftop pool provided a beautiful and relaxing environment. the guest relation representative, zoha, offered helpful assistance. i also found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable.
the television channel selection was quite limited for a hotel of this standard.

The room was equipped with a jetted tub on the balcony. I definitely appreciated that. the room included a modern bathroom. the room was well-kept daily by diligent housekeeping staff.

The half-board option included a buffet that was quite varied. breakfast started at 7:00 am each morning. This allowed for early starts to my day. the food was AMAZING!!!

ömür and tuğral at the reception provided spot-on service, which i valued. receptionist cetin was also very helpful. khalid and chaima at the front office were cute and resolved issues quickly.
